As an ex m1a1/a2 tank commander… I think you fail to recognize everything else that 99% of your job will entail…. Like, , , , changing road wheels, changing track pads, changing track, cleaning the tank, performing maintenance, performing pcms, et Al. If you want to do a pc recruiting video at least tell the truth. I was a gunner for years and I was hardly ever in the gunners seat.

I come back to this one cuz it’s just such an amazing piece of propaganda. The cinematography is excellent, and it exudes a sense of maturity and thrill that the army should definitely be shooting for as opposed to its much cornier, dated adverts. This is the aesthetic that will capture the next generation; keep it up
