This is exactly the reason why network marketing has such a bad repuation. Everybody expects it to be easy, to easily make a lot of money and when they are unsuccessful it becomes easier to blame the company then to look at the mistakes you have done yourself.

People who have success in business and people who have success in network marketing would never blame the vehicle, they woul give 100% and recognize if they have the required skills or not.

great video Brian and I agree with WhateverGER that is exactly why people often say is a scam to all mlm companies I had a co worker who sign up for an mlm company and she spent 1000 dollars of products in hopes that she will sell it all I told her bad idea you need to get custimors that will buy from you although she got her bonus check from the company your stuck with all these products that ether she has to use sell some and the rest is waste because products do expire

Another insightful video from a seasoned serial entrepreneur. As simple as it sounds many new startups ignore the relevance of experience for the notion that having a good idea will make the business succeed. I was telling someone recently that a business is 20% idea and 80% execution. Meaning as mentioned in this video, it is the marketing, sales, cost control, negotiation skills - are what makes a business work, not just the idea.
Suffice to say that experience works on the "Law of the farm"; you cannot acquire it overnight - it takes time
When it comes to raising funds most investors want to be assured that the entrepreneur has the relevant experience of running a business or working within the same industry.
My advice to anyone starting in business is to gather the necessary skills by
1. Just start a business - small - and learn
2. Serving in another business,
3. Work with an experienced partner or coach,
4. Get a job within that industry
or better still do all three.
