COPPA and GDPR-K explained (Online Child Privacy)

Are you developing apps or online services for kids and collecting their data ? There are COPPA (and European) regulations you need to follow to make sure you're compliant. If authorities visit you to do an audit and find you're not compliant you may face expensive penalty.

COPPA (or Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) are federal laws and all organisations who collect and process children's data must follow them.

In this video I'm explaining COPPA rules for professionals based in the US, the UK and rest of the Europe. They're fairy similar with only couple of differences.
