I love how you don't put out an endless stream of videos like these and instead seem to put them out when you have something worth putting out. Makes me always feel like they're worth watching.

I remember this cue from a video you did probably 5+ years ago and set a strict press PR the next day. I subscribed shortly thereafter! (On my other channel)

He's right. In my own experience flexing your butt and legs will not take you from a 125 lbs press to 165 or whatever. But it helps grinding out these last 1 or 2 reps you wouldn't get otherwise.

The OHP is always the hardest lift and I never que on leg drive for it. Guess I’ll start doing that now. Thanks Brian!

Hi Brain, just wanted to say thank you very much for the content. Love all your vidoes and been watching them for a good few yrs. Because of your content I decided to enter my first strongman comp in London for first timers. I managed to come 2nd place in open weight category and only being 90kg. I even got 1st place in the axle bar deadlift. Did 160kg for 15 in a min. In the other events i came in top 3. I'm so happy that watching you got me started on this journey. The environment was so wicked and the people so friendly just like you say in your videos. Your programing helped me alot to. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Really helpful (reminder) once again, your OHP videos are the best. When I flex my legs to the max they sometimes even cramp.

Thank you I was wondering why I feel so much tension in my legs while doing the military press, I guess I am doing it correctly, thank you.

Hey Brian, I know it sounds weir, but I have a hard time "flexing my butt". I think I don´t have the mind-muscle connection yet. Do you have any tips or exercises to help with that?

Hi Brian and thank you for everything. I have an unrelated lifting question; do you have a videos about techniques for the ssb yoke squat specifically? I recently/finally got one and I have been trying to get a good form. I feel like I still focus on a good brace, proper hip and ok knee movement but I think my problem is in my upper back.
Kind of a reorganized convoluted question. Sorry. I'll keep looking through your videos for now.

Yeah my overhead press is so weak compared to my bench and incline.

Brian made this video so we’d look at his glutes and I’m all for it 😂
