I've owned Wellcraft boats for years, dating to my first boat, an Airslot 165, so I love the fact that the brand is back. That said, there are some issues with their design. Number 1: no black on bay boats. That top structure will be hotter than a curling iron on southern waters. Second, those back bolsters for the bow seats will not last a season. Make them sturdier, please. Third, please find a better power partner than Mercury. I know a lot of folks who will not consider a boat when the only choice is Mercury power. Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha...anything but Mercury.

Otherwise, love the boats.
