Nice tip, dude! Love your videos. Us old guys have been using this particular technique since the beginning of time. We get the tremors/shakes and this works on the river as well. Tying on tiny flies requires more than just fancy reading glasses! 😂 gotta find a way to rest your hand on the tying vice, your other hand, a tree branch, etc.

Most tyers don't know but on the Thompson lever style vises that's how that lever was designed to be used. Not pointed down. I still use one. When my hook is clamped, my lever is straight out or cocked up 2 or 3 degrees, as it was desinged. God bless.
