Pretty Boy Floyd was a gangster you did not want to mess with, and during his spree of bank robberies he became somewhat of a folk hero for the locals, robbing the rich and giving to the poor. But Pretty Boy Floyd would face off with the cops one too many times and ultimately catch a bullet, but his story has gone down in history. In today's new video we're going to show you the rise and fall of one of histories most notorious gangsters, Pretty Boy Floyd.

My great grandpa had a run in with Pretty Boy Floyd when he was just a young school boy, he was walk home after school one day and it was a hot day. But on his way home a car pulled up beside him, and the man in the car was Floyd, my grandpa at the time had no clue, but the man offered him a ride home, and at this time you didn't have to worry about kidnapping. So my grandpa accepted the offer and got in, a little ways down the road he looks at the back seat and there where a lot of Thomson's submachine guns, shotguns, and hand guns. He didn't ask about it, but when they got to his home, he found out later that night that in the news that Pretty Boy Floyd was in the area, this was in the Missouri/Kansas area

My great grandmother used to hangout with Floyd. We have a picture of her on his shoulders swimming in a creek with a rope swing in the background. Really cool she said he was a very sweet guy

My great grandparents are from oklahoma, they're native American and actually helped out pretty boy floyd when his car got stuck in a river somewhere out behind their house while trying to evade the law.
