I recommend you change your HUD.
If you change your HUD and get used to it, you will improve by a lot.
Sliding is a mechanic that is insanely useful.

tips:
1. click the gun ur using to switch to knife
2. click crouch while running to slide
3. while sliding, double click the scope button to slide cancel or just click jump while sliding

3) try hards are not that bad

Tip for codm begginers:

It is actually very crucial and fundamental to practice sprinting without a weapon and slide jumping to avoid getting hit by enemy players and for easier looting and rushing/pushing.

Shady, you did so well! There’s many things to learn about the game, but play more often and you will get there. My fiancé plays on his iPad and connects his wireless Xbox controller. I also play and use my mobile but might be getting an iPad soon too. However, great job! 👏🏼

Every time I see someone pick up Codm I'm genuinely so hyped and after watching a few vids of Shady I started watching more content and now he picked up Codm lol greatest day ever. Awesome vid and don't worry about being new you did great thanks for being awesome! Some tips for Battle Royale that rockets are always found in red rectangular boxes there are 3 different types of rocket launchers.
FHJ launcher - locks onto vehicles but can be fired without the lock on feature considerably the better rocket launcher(faster reload speed and better ads time)
Thumper - a grenade launcher that is a decent secondary and reloads quickly less damage but still works great best uses against vehicles to explode them instantly
Smrs - a normal rocket launcher that is a bit slower and takes some time to reload still viable but FHJ is better

Rockets do 150 damage and is better with shooting enemies in vehicles since it instantly downs them.

There are 3 different plates normal green plates give 50 armor, advanced blue plates give up to 150 armor, and kinetic purple armor gives Max 200 armor

Also make loadouts for Battle Royale and you will then find these loadouts in the pink wrench airdrop crates that come down. There are also green airdrops which give kinetic armor plates ammo and legendary weapons and sometime mythic class weapons. Legendary weapons are listed as, Annihilator, Purifier, and tempest. Mythic classed(not the skin ones) weapons deal more damage than the normal weapons you find on the ground no attachments can be put on the weapon though. Also try adjusting your Hud it will help you get a bit more comfortable with playing. Also executions have been recently added its very basic so don't be too disappointed, unless you get the special execution from a mythic character.

Battle Royale modes: Prop hunt BR, Snipers only, Warfare Mode, Blackout, Isolated, Ground War Skirmish, and Alcatraz(only available during tournaments that come out every weekend)
