Thanks for the vid! :) But what if you have 2 images that are overlapping only at a certain point? eg. you have one image, and the second image is at the bottom right corner of the first. So the overlapping ("common") area is the bottom right corner of the first image, which is being overlapped by the top left corner of the second image. I would like the images "blended" together ONLY in their corners where they overlap each other. How would I do that?

*If I lower the opacity of any of the two images then the ENTIRE images will become more semi-transparent, which is not what I want. I just want the areas of their corners (where they overlap) to "blend" into one another.

hmm, this gives me the idea to do a real live super mario plant!! You know, the ones who come out of the tube..just have to figure out how to do the white lips!
