Looking into the expenses, big problems and still pollution of proposed changes with no cooperation from India, China, and Russia along with China reaping all the production benefits we need
to take our time on this. It is quite likely the path wanted is premature with no insight considering the hell we've been put into already from this immature administration. If electric vehicles
would those people who were stuck in the winter on Rt. 95 have frozen to death last year? Kids cannot run the country. Battery goes bad $30, 000 down the drain. New battery in house
catches fire cannot be put out. Have to dunk in water for 24 hrs. Just not ready and people are going to freeze to death this winter already cause price of oil and gas. Inflation prices rarely
go down. Pensions busted - thank you dumb people for electing the crime family boss. Think about Afghanistan and Ukraine, our border and fentanyl All could have been prevented.

To say that I'm disappointed in you Joe Manchin would be an understatement. Obsessing about the costs now to address an existential crisis is very short sighted. Numerous, credible research studies (Deloitte, Rhodium, etc) show that by not taking action to decarbonize our economy and shift to clean, renewable technologies will cost our nation trillions of dollars in health care, infrastructure damage/repair/resilience, job and business loss, etc... not to mention increasing loss of life and personal hardships. If we, instead, focus on green technologies, we can create net new jobs and protect the health and well being of our citizens.

It's unfortunate that we lack enough vision and leadership in the Senate and House to be proactive. If we don't show leadership, other, more progressive nations will garner most of the new jobs in a green economy. This will be a missed opportunity for your constituents in West Virginia and for the rest of the US.

Doesn’t Joe Manchin understand how critical climate change is globally? He appears to be a Republican. I have respect for him and know he represents a Red State..He needs to think about what he is going hurting humans all over the globe by hindering his vote to support the president of the United States of America, who made promises that Joe Manchin is responsible for holding up. Mr Reasonable? At this point, no way. Everything is NOT politics, Sen. Manchin. Some things are governed by physics, biology, chemistry, hydrology, ecology.... So, good luck to the good people of WVa in their attempts to remain secure in the face of those. Inflation is a real but short term problem. Our economy and your constituents will experience greater harm as wildfires become more common, destructive, and costly and farmers lose arable land to deepening drought. You must support legislation to avert a climate disaster now.
