Interesting, I'm seeing a female superhero in this footage flying like Helen Slater did in Supergirl (1984), many thought it was so weird how Helen was flying, plus the pose is in the thumbnail.

I knew David F. Sandberg should've left DC after the first movie

But despite everything, I still think he did a great job as director here

It's just a shame that he had to work with a script made by the writer from FAST AND FURIOUS

This movie doesn't deserve the Worst Picture nomination at the Razzies

For the sequel, the writing was bad, plot was all over the place, and the narrative structure has no heart. The first story had a strong central narrative about Billy, which contrasted well with the Dr. Sivano character - both had a troubled childhood but had different journeys in that story. This was a mess - writers should begin with the characters' journey - the story circle is a good place to start - and then work outward. Often sequels get it wrong because filmmakers focus on action instead. Actions should be reactions, not spectacle for spectacles' sake.

What a waste of time, money and potential this franchise was. 10 years and billions wasted on a franchise that crapped out some of the worst to at best mediocre films ever produced.
