Isn't this another declaration of war if Russia is involved?

Whatever happened, when Trump is gone... they're gonna pay. All this will backfire.

But, But, But Ole Trumpy asked his boss/lover if Russia is involved!
Putin assured Ole Trumpy by asking him "do you believe I would do a thing like that Darling"

So ole TRUMPY will tell the world that it cannot possibly be Russia! CAN IT?

The real question is "How can this be blamed on Clinton and Obama."

What I'd like to know is why is there a question about who did it? Who has the capability? The US, Russia, China... Who else? Canada? Mexico? Cuba?

I don't absolutely rule out the US doing it, but the odds seem to favor Russia.

"I think there is blame on both sides. You had a group on one side that was attacking us with microwaves and causing brain injuries,  and you had a group on the other side that was also very violent. You had some very bad people in that group, but you also had people that were very fine people—on both sides."  -Donald J. Dumpsterfire

No it can't be Russia/Putin. Trump is trying to make Russia great again.

Since we're talking about Russia, here's something that might be more than a coincidence that I stumbled on when reading expats in Mexico blogs because I want to visit there. Their soon-to-be Prez who ran as a socialist (something I usually cheer about) is meeting with Putin now. As a democratic socialist/anarchist I'm not at all predisposed to The Red Scare, and am very skeptical of mainstream media. However, Putin is clearly a devious player on the world stage, so I'm wondering now if he was helpful in the Mexican election, as he obviously was here. Follow that thread to Trump's awkward and ineffective efforts to deal only with Mexico and oust Canada from NAFTA.. The thing is we don't live in an either/or world with one bad group and one good group. Overriding all the nefarious influences in the various 'democracies' around the world are the 1% who are methodically taking power across the globe, imo. A country run by a dictator is not and never has been, a communist country. Forget Venezuela, forget Cuba and certainly the USSR; none were ever communist. What about Mexico? I don't know, but it is widely believed that Vladimire Putin is the richest human on the planet; that doesn't happen in a democracy either.

Yeah actually makes a lot of sense. Cuba's technology is arcane, but they still have close ties to Russia. If this matches the incidents that happened with the mission in Cuba it would answer a lot of questions. After all Russia certainly was not happy with the u.s. trying to normalize relations with Cuba.

So maybe something like that was used in Helsinki?

This is happening to civilians as well, we don't get help. Symptoms are similar to that of an acoustic weapon but it's not. Some say that it's the combination of small implants like an RF diode + metal electrodes ignited by a HF EM signal. That's why others don't 'hear' anything.

And Trump will come out with, "Putin says Russia has nothing to do with it, soooo...."
