I know Light isn't the best manipulator in anime, but people really underestimate him. He has some wild feats.
1. Manipulated an immortal shinigami into killing herself
2. Controlled the entire force created against Kira
3. Manipulated/Controlled the FBI
4. Influenced the entire world to accept Kira's judgement as law (he even had a cult at some point in the story, which would listen to his commands)
5. He once revealed Near's location as an enemy of Kira. This started an attack from a bunch of his supporters. This is also an influence feat ofc.
