One of these days you've got to do like, China/Mongolia to Africa. That was also a classic CK2 achievement in 'Aladdin', and features wandering cross-map.

Fun fact about dynasty modifiers: they _were in_ CK2, they just weren't used basically ever. You got one for having a Crusader King, but that was as far as I know the only one. There was even a 'dynastic prestige' system that's become the renown system. A lot of CK2's unused features got resurrected by CK3, which is something the modder in me greatly appreciates.

You should also do an Admin government research playthrough too. Not a lot of yters do that. Maybe convert the country you settle into an admin one once you get to India.
