Показать описание
Enzymes are crucial to life and thus central to any life science curriculum. The study of enzymes provides many opportunities to incorporate best teaching practices, but how excited and engaged are your students? In this webinar, award-winning teacher Cindy Gay presents a teaching case study using the currently relevant application of biofuel production as an example of the importance of enzymes. This hands-on laboratory exercise allows students to learn about the important properties of enzymes including enzyme function, regulation, and industrial applications. Cindy shares tips on engaging students that have proven successful in the classroom.
