After the two largest global Ride Sharing companies Uber and Lyft departed from Austin Texas last year, I took the decision of creating a fully functioning local Ride Sharing service in 30 days with a global remote team. This is the story of what and how to do it, if you want to do it yourself. The pitfalls, all the data, the good the bad and the ugly side of a Ride Sharing app service.

His 5 tips:
1. Get the best people on the team
2. "If you don't hate your MVP, you have launched too late" - Guy Kawasaki
3. Iterate with feedback, build a community
4. Be ready to incentivize both sides of the market
5. You will break at every scale point, accept it. recover fast and improve
6. Reduce OpEx, as you grow - you may need it to survive

I didn't really get the information on how to do it I got the information on a little bit of what you did but more or less bragging about your success. I'm not trying to be a troll I normally don't comment things like this but it didn't really fit the title of the video
