WORST web design EVER?

The one that drove me nuts was when I was supposed to enter my birthday on a state-ran site BUT I could not type the date. All I had was a stupid pop-up calendar I had to click through month after month after month to get to my birthday 24 years ago. I almost had an aneurysm on that one

My teacher use this website to understand why good UI is needed. He then make it a sort of a race where the first one to finish win. I think im the only one who didnt stuck for too long on the annoying term and condition if i remember.
