Показать описание

TUBALL™ MATRIX 617 beta is an additive based on a reactive polymer and pre-dispersed TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes. It is specifically designed for anti-static silicone PSA with PEDOT primer.
TUBALL nanotubes provide a permanent, stable level of electrical resistivity lower than 10^7 ohm/sq.
Using of TUBALL MATRIX in combination with PEDOT primer makes it possible to retain all technological properties:
• No impact on Pt curing system;
• Transparency;
• Wet-out performance.
In this video, we will show you how to properly dilute TUBALL™ MATRIX and obtain the final compound.
We recommend that close attention be paid to the processing procedure:
• speed and duration of mixing;
• dilution stages;
• quality control.
