Usually in these clips you hear the footsteps of the Alien when the player run so I thought the jumpscare was the alien dropping and that’s it.
Damn I almost dropped my phone when it catches you 😅

Imagine a mod where the aliens ai is changed to only stealth. It creeps on you making as little noise as possible and when you look in its direction it sits there lifelessly for half a second making you think “oh shit” before it jumps out and kills you.

God why do horror games NOW seem to hate lightning and sound design? The fucking stomps of the Xenomorph as it runs towards you is terrifying. I laughed out loud when you paused in sheer terror, I cant count the number of times I've done that from this game haha
