South of France is home to a wild and protected area called the Camargue.

It is there that every summer for 40 years, Luc has been collecting France's white gold: “la fleur de sel”, literally "flower of salt".

This tasty and natural product is made of slightly humid crystals with a unique crunchiness and flavour. Known as “the caviar of salt”, it can delicately enhance any dish it is added to.

And this is not the only delicacy that can be found in the region...
