One of my all-time favourite chord progressions, at 00:35.
What a terrific piece of music!
Hugo Montenegro composed and arranged this track for 'Lady in Cement' (1968), a film starring Frank Sinatra and Raquel Welch. Think harpsichord, muted (bass) guitars, strings, ba-ba-ba vocals and some divergent time signatures.
Baroque pop, orchestral jazz, easy listening, bossa nova.

You're so right Tom. I just love those chord progressions. It's the same in the original theme where that sections starts with the cascading strings. I just play that part over and over!
