Opening February 2 and continuing through May 13, 2018, Tennessee Williams: No Refuge but Writing highlights the playwright’s creative process and his close involvement with the theatrical production of his works, as well as their reception and lasting impact. Uniting his original drafts, private diaries, and personal letters with paintings, photographs, production stills, and other objects, the exhibition tells the story of one man’s ongoing struggle for self-expression and how it forever changed the landscape of American drama.

He's the most prolific playwright I know of as I carried his 3 volumes of plays, and even his one acts that are voluminous over time to present and get picked up. He had so many. That he felt pressured and told his later golden year plays wasnt financially ROI as his earlier works is false as the producers were the ones who chose the work from so many he presented. Should they be wrong in editing and fine tuning his one acts for Japan or global and they were off they mark- they were rather cruel to lash out at the writer who presented so many others. He's a mark and they fed from it.
