There is a parked shadow in the Outskirts tunnel with two massive fuel cells, one Portable Shade Turret, and a Covenant Ramp placed around it. Maybe it was meant to haul around those massive fuel cells aswell? It's also possible there was meant to be a version with a Covenant pallet or platform in order to carry more things.

Imagine if Halo 2 wasn't rushed, how amazing the campaign would've been.

I feel like the endgame content that eventually made it into Halo 3 should have been cut, but everything else would be icing on the cake.

Even though the drivable Shadow was mostly cut, it still has a section in the manual and the turret can still be piloted.

It seems kind of weird that both brutes and elites just stand on it I think that if you were to raise their left arm to make it look like they are holding on to something it would be more visually appealing
