Couple issued over 100 speeding tickets after license plate stolen

The Long Island couple has gotten more than 100 speeding tickets from New York City. But they say they're not the ones racking up the fines, CBS2's Jennifer McLogan reports.

wow. but another crazy thing is that $8, 400/136 tickets = is only like $62/ticket, in a school zone no less! I'm in San Antonio, TX and just paid $245 for going 55 mph in 40 mph zone lmao smh
