In taking advice from SALTs, I am working hard to take the pressure off her speaking and created this bedtime story to help her feel safe and accepted. 💛 This gentle sleep meditation and bedtime story is designed to help children with selective mutism, anxiety, or shyness feel safe, calm, and understood.
