The original has a more natural color palette. The remake overuses bright, green foliage. It looks off. Rost looks much younger and like plastic in the remaster as well. It looks better as far as raw graphics, yet it doesn’t have as sound of an art direction as the original.

what baffles me the most with this remastered version is that they STILL DID NOT removed the god awful camera behaviour. Just give us a center camera option.. It made the old version almost unplayable for me but with a fix someone made I could finally play it without getting annoyed and having headaches.. In forbidden west we can also turn of the camera drift..

PLEASE... give us anb OPTION to turn off that drifting camera behavior !!!!

People in the comments clearly haven’t tried the remastered version. I own both games, and the remaster really feels like I’m experiencing Zero Dawn for the first time again it’s so much better than the original. It’s crazy how much extra detail and stuff they’ve added, like the increased foliage and other environmental details!

How come the PS4 Pro version at the end looks like it has a higher frame rate? Is the PS5 version in quality mode and not performance mode?

I was saying that the original looks better as well until i start playing the remaster . The only problem that the remaster have it´s that up in the snow in the proving it´s to bright you can barely see and i am playing with a 0% slider and the Hud everything in off and after i get of the inventory it shows everything for 5 seconds . If the fix this things a make the shadows a little darker it will rock

George Lucas must hate this game. In his movies he added new dialogue. new npcs in the villages. change the visuals with updated technology to make it feel more like its sequels.
And everyone hated him. But here everyone loves it and can't wait for Sony to take their money.

PS4 looks way better texture wise especially in the hair, you can tell the PS5's upscaler is having some trouble.
