I use black and white filter on my phone. You have no idea how much colors affect you until they're gone. You can turn on the filter on setting so i suggest you try that out :) it honestly saved my life.

For me it’s YouTube/Facebook shorts lmao, honestly it’s so bad because il just zone out and scroll down getting my tiny dopamine fix while on autopilot like I’m some kind of zombie 😂🫠 I’ve only just found your channel but I love it, I got diagnosed with adhd as a adult so I’m just trying to sort my life out ❤

My iPhone is on iOS 17.2 but when I go to download the app it says I need 17.0 or later. This is later. Ugh

oh wow all caps. Ok that's fine, just thought it was me :-) anyway, i'm glad you do this for folks with ANDroid phones. I'm not an android user, so I might try to do the same thing with my iphone and post something about it etc.

For those with iphones, there is something called the focus mode. You can set up your own modes including what apps show up on the screen. I think it includes widgets as well. You can tell the screen to not show several pages of apps/screens by unselecting them. Anyway I'll look into this a bit and let you know what I find.

As always, it's awesome to have such a supportive community here and elsewhere. There are so many of us adhders that love to give back!

Edited to add: I see that there is an ios version I didn't catch that at first for some reason (maybe adhd 😄) Anyway, I'll take a look at it and see how that compares to the focus modes. Thanks for the link!

People who are struggling with YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. There is a app called 'NoScroll' on Android. It would block all the shorts and reels from your phone. Working well for me :)
