The numbers on the left bar represent how many maximum number blocks on each row. For example, if it says 121, you have to fill in that row 1 block, space(s) 2 blocks, space(s) 1 block. For that one row, the number of blocks must not be more that 4. The same rules also apply to the numbers shown at the bottom (they go up or down).

It’s very easy thanks for the comments
You just have to match number of blocks on h&v lines
If h=4 it means 4 repetitive blocks
If it says 121= one block space two repetitive blocks space one block

If vertical says 1 block it should only have one block.. etc. just coordinate

It has nothing to do with math or chemistry
