World TB Day 2025 Observed in Ziro
Ziro, March 24: The District Health Society (NTEP) Ziro, in collaboration with the Tuberculosis Association of India (Northeast Chapter), organized a programme on World TB Day 2025 at the Conference Hall, Blue Pine Hotel, Ziro.
Er. Hage Appa, MLA (17-Ziro-Hapoli ST A/C), attended as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Riken Rina, Director of Health Services, GOAP, was the Guest of Honour. Ms. Himani Meena, ADC, Ziro, Lower Subansiri, graced the event as the Special Guest.
The programme was held under the theme "Yes! We Can End TB: Commit, Invest, Deliver", highlighting efforts towards the National TB Elimination Programme and the goal of TB elimination by 2025.
