How to Write an Academic Essay in 10 Minutes or Less

Use these paragraph formulas to write your academic essay in 10-minutes or less. Don't stare at the page, trying to write sentences in your head. Instead, pull out these formulas and fill in the blanks. Let the formulas do the heavy lifting.

I've been teaching students to do this for over 20 years. Students don't lack ideas or words. They lack formulas that provide a built-in structure for academic essays.

Thank yoy david!! The most organized and easiest teaching about academic writting i have seen.
I would just like to say, having moved to UK 9 years ago, american instructors always always explains topics better, they are organized, simple and they do not beat around the f bush. Everytime a uk lecturer explains something i have to repeat it in bullet points again (reflecting back in a way) to either the instructor themselves or a colleague. I meet british teachers who explains things very well...but! Very rarely..
