We all love to set goals for ourselves the only problem is that we naturally don't know how to set SMART goals so, at first we have to learn to set how to set achievable goals.
Usually, we get excited by an ideal we heard of or we had an awesome thought while reading an inspirational book but usually, we don't think it through to the end. I think this is simply because
they often don't teach anything about How To Set SMART Goals in school or elsewhere (at least in my experience).
I believe that's also why a study found that '92 Percent of People Don't Achieve Their Goals'.
So what are the other 8 percent do?
I think it's a little bit more complicated than to just say that the other 8 percent just learned how to set goals for themselves or just learned how to set SMART goals and that you also simply have to use this method to achieve every goal but I think that if you learn how to set achievable goals for yourself, learn about the SMART Method and learn how to set SMART Goals for yourself that this is a big step in the right direction.
Personally, I get by far the best results if I combine the SMART Goals Method with 2 other techniques for reaching goals. I use these for a couple of years now and I really believe that combining these 3 methods can make a huge difference in your life if you want to change or achieve your goals.
