[Reezy]

Let me tell you about the hidden op rune/item setup against melees&tanks like talon, yone, galio etc.:

Runes:
Sorcery: Summon Aery, Manaflow band, Absolute focus, Scorch
Inspiration: Minion dematerializer, Cosmic insight
Atk spd / Adpt Force / mr or armor

Item Build Order:
Lost chapter -> Dark seal -> Lucidity Boots -> Liandrys -> Cosmic drive -> Rabadons (or Voidstaff if the enemy Team builds mr) -> Zhonyas (sometimes you get it before raba/void depends on the situation)
Last itemholder is usually Dark seal into Mejais (if you die a lot buy either Raba or Voidstaff)

Summoners:
(Also depends on your playstyle & matchup)
-take ignite for early kill secure so you start snowball
- or TP if you like to help other lanes and splitpush

Notes:
Max your W first and harass the melees with AA -> W & Aery
(Q second/ E last)

Because of the huge amount of haste, you almost have your ult rdy in every fight past mid game

This Setup is the strongest Early game you can get with Ahri especially against melees & tanks

I always have been playing her Electrocute + Echo, but after some time I felt in love with Everfrost. Now I just swap between these two depending on the comp. I feel pretty solid with my E's without it :D

I always think Cheap Shot on Ahri is non-negotiable just because of how much true damage stacks on top of the bonus dmg of any spell landed after charm. What made you not bring it this game?

tbh, ludens or liandry is better than everfrost, does more dmg. you normally dont throw out your charm right away. can use your Q, they try dodge it, then E to where they walked, Q return will hit, W and can finish with ulti if needed. or just aa while they try juking. thats why i dont think everfrost is that good compared to ludens or liandry

those boots do not give item active cooldown. It only gives summoner spell cooldown. Not items. Also only item haste rune gives item cooldown lower.
