Wow, I've been out of the loop for a while, I remember when you could find all of mcfarlane Spiderman run for maybe $30 and below, but that was in the late 90's/ early 2000's after the comic market crash.

my opinion is CGC is extremely inconsistent, You could have cracked the book, done nothing to it and sent it in for grading and received the 9.8. I should send you pictures of the Harley Quinn #1 Adam Hughes variant in 9.8 as an example.

I do add custom CGC labels, which there is a slow consistent market for, and sometimes play around with them. I had a Wolverine label put on a Ghost Rider V2 28. A Dr Doom label put on GR 31 V2 . There was an element in me of saying Foff to the additional money grab with customs, but, again, there is a market even for the mismatched labels, lol.

Great work as always on the comic and the video. If I did like 9.8 prices I definitely wouldn’t be admitting it on Youtube, IG, etc. That’d be like offering more than asking on ebay’s best offer!

So when you resubmitted this book for a regrading, did you have to include that custom label when yo shipped it so they knew it was already a 9.6 or was that just a courtesy?
