In this video, we embark on an incredible 24-hour challenge to build a fully functional app using the power of no code!

Experience the entire process from brainstorming, deciding on what tools to use, and all the way to a fully functional app.

We end up trying out many different tools like Chat GPT, Flutterflow, Adalo, Zapier, Midjourney, Dall-E, and others. Things do not go exactly to plan.

Gain valuable insights as our host shares learnings about the efficiency of Adalo compared to Flutterflow, the strength of the ChatGPT API, and the importance of Zapier integration. Be inspired by the endless opportunities offered by the no-code movement.

I love the way this is presented, challenges and hiccups gives originality and keeps the viewers hooked!

I think a nice idea for an App is an Anki type of system for spaced repetition. You write down cards with questions that keep growing (for example, vocabulary when learning a language), and cards are shown more often or not depending on whether you knew the answer. It requires a 'simple' user interface, in principle no connection to external services, but the software logic and algorithm to decide when to show each card will require deeper thinking

Thank you Heini! It was exciting to build this App with you! ❤

This is a brilliant demonstration of the power of no-code platforms (like ours)! Well done, Heini!

This is really a great demonstration showing the actual challenges in a creation journey. Thank you for showing the real way.

I've just subscribed to you channeel just because you showed a real case with all the struggles, "mistakes" and a realistic result, instead telling fairy tales. worth to mention that I am a seniour developer with 10+ years experience

Thank you so much, Heini! You inspired me a lot! Once I finished making my app, I'll share it with you. btw, I'm using Vivino almost every week. Thanks again!

Heini, you’re awesome! How about showing us how to build an app using databases and user data? Maybe start with something simple like being able to automatically send Texts/SMS to individuals on their birthdays?

I'd love a behind the scenes look at him putting it together in real time.

Zapier is great and has a head start, however n8n is worth checking out if you are not afraid to do some low code. I prefer this because at least you also have a bit of an understand on the systems and are not totally reliant on whatever Data Engineers tell you. Also n8n has a totally self hosted open-source version where you control your privacy.

Thanks for the video!

Could you make a video for young entrepreneurs, with things you have learned along the way? I have a lot of ambition, but I feel like I'm missing some guidance because the people around me aren't into entrepreneurship.

Cheers!

Amazing job showing how to ask and inspire others to get to do the heavy lifting for you! 👏👏👏 We need more executives like that!

I’d love to see him build the app, like behind the scenes, there’s no how I can do it without that please

Good demonstration on how much time is spent in preparing solution rather than jumping to the computer and start coding.

Only problem here is the time constraints. The linger you dig into problem the better solution will become but there's always a line that one should not cross for their own well being.

As software grows it can incorporate more and more features, reduce latencies, accomodate more users and deal with complexities over time. A proof of concept can skip all the major hurdle and use 3rd aprties to solve basic needs but at some point it will choke their growth.

Over the decade, I've seen pepple making irrational decisions based on how comfortable they feel vs what's best for their future. This video can be a good lesson on how you manage resources, skillset and capabilities within timeframes to get best possible outcome that keeps everyone happy.

Ofc there'll always be better approach, but do what makes practical sense and get things done!

Love this! I am trying to create a very user friendly scheduling app specifically for the infant/toddler survival swim industry. I know there are currently tons of calendar apps in the market but I haven’t been able to find one that does what I need it to do and the ones that have the capability are very difficult to use and set up for the instructor. I have been in the industry for over 5 years now and I know this is a big headache for everyone and it is such a major part in getting these kids into lessons because as we know, everyone likes things to be as simple as possible especially things that should be simple like scheduling appointments. This app would be the start of my mission to keep children safe against something that is preventable like drowning and hopefully lead to more parents getting their kids into swim lessons as early as possible. I really need the help to get the word out but I am just a firefighter/paramedic and have been for over 14 years so my skills are limited in the advancements in the technology world. I have investors that believe in my vision so I’m doing everything I can to make this happen. Please reach out if this sounds easy enough to help me start. Thank you. Keep the content coming!

I love how a lot of the challenges were presented as well. This is so important to the process! Id love to see videos where it goes into the building of the tool and the decisions the dev had to make in order to create the app aside from the tech stack. Id like to see his thought process on other facets of the design process.

This was a great demonstration! Although, app itself is not generating anything for me, it's failing somewhere in between :)

In RPG games, all players are at the centre of the Universe and people like that importance. But on social media, most of us are not at the centre of attention. How about building a social network that is full on bots that behave like humans and all of them pay attention to the human users?

Dating app. You interact with AI and ask it series of questions. It asks you questions. Then when someone who fits your profile it automatically pairs you together based on profile metrics of compatibility.
