To my eyes, the book being banned in prison shows how much knowledge and influence the book can have to psychopaths and dark psychology abusers.
The difference in all people, in or out of prison is that some are learning new ways to exploit and some to reverse it!

Maybe they will use these laws to have more control over their circumstances so they won’t have to turn to a life of crime when they get out. Society likes to focus on the punitive and not the redemptive but if you don’t offer someone a chance to change their behavior, you only get more of the same behavior that put them into the system
