Adding more commentary here because I couldn’t fit it in the video!

He uses 1-1-1-1-1 strings plus piano, a pretty unconventional instrumentation to consider, especially because the strings would feel like a string quartet with an added double bass.

But there is a reason for this choice: Notice how the piano left hand octaves play the same notes as the cello and double bass part? It gives the lower strings a greater sense of gravitas, because the attack of each note is emphasised.

The double bass is absolutely necessary here for a couple of reasons:
To sustain the extreme low end, rather than having only the piano which sound decays quickly, and also because there is a slight crescendo in the last beat of each bar.

It's a subtle change, but adds more dimension to the low strings
Less like a drone, more like how suspended cymbal rolls are used to transition between sections, or at least, that's how I hear it^^

I'm pretty sure the violin melody on the A section goes
1 2 + (3) + 4 5 6, 7 8 + (9) + 10 11 12;
(this probably awful to read but I have no other way to write it that i've thought of)

Besides that great transcription! I've transcribed this piece myself but I had the tempo marked twice as fast so all the 16th are 8ths etc.
There are some stuff I missed but I caught a lot (the ending quartet like section was very fun to transcribe)

Im Analising it and I notice that in m11 - 12 in the melody there is a eighth note after the dotted half note ( would actually be a dotted quarter note + eighth note) (Nothing special I just want to mention it :)
