Andra Pradesh isn't given any extra than other states. Which they have been given are in the bifurcation act. Andra doesn't have capital. To build capital for Andhra Pradesh is centrals responsibility. Polavaram is a central project. It is also the central government responsibility. Every thing that which are in budget for Andra is in bifurcation act. it is centrals responsibility. So there isn't extra anything is given by central government to Andra.
