Finding a Natural Spring on our Homestead!

I can't believe we found it! We really thought it must be on the other parcel because we couldn't find it anywhere. Well...it helps if you are looking in the right area!! Looking at the shape of the land and find a spot in a "bowl" or slope can give you a hint. Also, searching during the dry season can help you identify areas were water might be - look for bright green plants and ferns that require more water. We were able to find the spring once we identified where the property line was and followed a branch of the creek up the hill a bit. I can't believe how much water was coming out! Very exciting! Stay toned to see us develop this spring and test the water.

We have been getting water from the spring at our camp for 36 years now! I’ve actually used it for for brewing beer too. Congrats! Nothing better than natural spring water.

my favorite part of this video is where you voice is super low volume... but then the music is hyper loud, so that it blows out your eardrums since you raise the volume to max in order to hear your whispering voice. Great work.

Thanks for this upload. I walk my dogs to the back of our property and found a little trickle coming from under an oak tree root. Not as fast as yours by any means but walk 20 feet and its a huge creek. I've been there nearly 10 years and it just showed up.

If its flowing from the ground then its naturally filtered. Its safe to drink.
