Cea mai îngustă stradă din Praga este cuprinsă între două clădiri de pe strada U Luzickeho Seminare și are doar 70 de centimetri lățime. La fiecare capăt, apăsați butonul semaforului dacă doriți să treceți. Această stradă îngustă nu este deloc o stradă, ci o scăpare de incendiu. În secolul al XV-lea, după un incendiu care a distrus aproape întregul cartier Mala Strana, instrucțiunile au fost să se lase pasaje înguste între case, pentru ca toate clădirile să nu ardă.
The narrowest street in Prague is sandwiched between two buildings on U Luzickeho Seminare Street and is only 50-70 centimeters wide. At either end, you press the traffic light button if you want to pass. This narrow street is not a street at all, but a fire escape. In the fifteenth century, after a fire that destroyed almost the entire district of Mala Strana, the instructions were to leave narrow passages in between houses so that not all the buildings would burn down.
