Femke Bol Finally DESTROYS Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone || Women's 400m Hurdles – 2024 Paris Olympics

These two are close track rivals, but for whatever reasons, they've kept dodging each other, denying us the chance to witness what could possibly be the biggest clash in the world of track and field.
The last time these two met on the track was way back at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, where Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone won the 400-meter hurdles in the then-world record time of 50.68 seconds. Femke Bol came second in 52.27 seconds.

How can you possibly say Bol has destroyed Cindy at the 400 hurdles?? These times were on the preliminary heats and were on separated races?
They never give their best on the heats just try to qualify with the less possible efforts to save energy for the final. So do not say Bol has destroyed Cindy because they haven’t raced together since 2022.!!

McLaughlin just showed why she’s the best, shattering her own world record in winning the gold. 50.37 was just short of the qualifying time for the 400m final. She’s good enough to dominate both events if she decides to switch which she’s intimated she might do. Bol is a brilliant champion as well, but she didn’t run the race she wanted to and went too fast too early to try to keep up with McLaughlin, but she’s still young with plenty of room to improve.
