On this past project, ACM used Oracle P6 CPM Scheduling tool to help expand a steel mill, by adding an entire new mill on an existing operating site. CPM - Critical Path Method Scheduling helps very large teams understand what is "critical". If critical work is not executed promptly, the project is delayed.
