That's a runway, unimproved or "gravel / dirt", but still a runway. The C130 is designed for unimproved runways, or even improvised runways. But this video is well within the specific design limits of the aircraft. Show it landing on a carrier without a cable, or on a beach, or a JATO, those are impressive videos!
