Whenever I am editing 4k 60fps or 4k 120fps video and converting them into 1080p 30fps, my final video is getting distortion. I don't know why. For example, when my video is doing a panning shot of buildings. After converting into 1080p 30fps and slowing the video to down to 50%, in the final video, "I see shining moving lines in the buildings". Somewhat like a distortion.
However, whenever I am editing any video which is 30fps or 24fps, it just works perfectly.
Please help me solve the problem with 60fps or 120 fps videos
