Personal experience with this particular combination. I break 2nd stage shear pins all of the time, They sometimes break just by engaging the PTO.

Good little machines. I have the gr2020 with mower deck and blower.. Kubota sent me weights that came along with kit. I tossed those weights in the trash can. I never need them for snow blowing. The electric motor on my blower has 12 volt heat tape wrapped around it with a switch. I turn it on everytime I blow snow, has not froze yet.

What you need is determined by the job at hand.

A quick note on the turf tires, I have them on my BX2380, and have had zero problem, but this is because I'm using a snow blower, I guess with a front loader, you've got a lot more force on the tires causing them to spin - but I've seen a good video review of tires in the snow, and the turf tires do better than R4s ( I won't mention the YouTube channel, but I'm sure many viewers have seen the extensive tests ) That said, love my Kubota and yeah this little monster does a great job too.

I have a lawn tractor with a blower...I've only used the blower twice in the 5 years I've had it LOL...since I bought the blower we haven't had enough snow to really justify installing it....tried it a couple times in 8-10 inches of snow...does fine, I have 4 suitcase weights I put on the rear, and snow chains...does just fine, no 4WD or AWD needed, especially for a blower as you really aren't doing much snow pushing like you would with a blade....the weights and chains help quite a bit to keep the thing moving in the right direction though, with that blower on the front without the weights you don't go anywhere you just spin the wheels because of the weight of the blower hanging on the front....not impressed with the attachment setup it has the old style rails that pin up under the belly of the lawn tractor...its quite a chore installing/removing the blower, which is one reason I don't bother with installing it. I'd sell the thing, but here where I live people want stuff for nothing, so it just sits on a pallet out back unused. I have a sub-compact tractor with a loader and rear blade, which I think is a better solution anyways most of the time, unless the snow gets real deep and you gotta get it out of the way, then a blower would be great, but the snow don't stick around very long usually.

Maybe a regular application of dielectric grease on any infiltration points of the motor.

If you put weight on the back you might have put them on the wheels because they give you better traction in and the other thing you got watch is the front end doesn't slide because when you turn the wheels the front end decides it wants to hold his own way

You said that you have a video about the GR2120 quick connect, where is it ?

Can you do a vid on this tractor with the push blade ? I like the blowers but would rather plow with a blade. I have a Toro 419XT and want to upgrade next season to the 2120.

Does it cut through ice or will it just go through powder snow

Thats why i always go Hydraulic whenever possible, because eventually the electric motors will get moisture in them and cause problems

Wonder if one could put tire chains on the rear tires?
