Because of you, I started with kali Training short time ago, but not because of the Martial arts aspect . I started it for my health and well being . Sound’s crazy ? No it’s not the fluid movement helps me to reduce my pain ( different story . wasn’t able although to walk for longer periods of time ) in my legs and arms and back . Thank you for this channel .

Wouldn't put it in a YT video either. But weaponless gunting/scissors is about catching arms and not passing with glancing blows. Even a good hit on the bicep contracts the arm even harder. Mostly it's only annoying on a little adrenalin. And it's hard to pull off.
At the least it's a lost opportunity if you really managed to get two hands at the same time on an attacking arm.

Good Paul! I ve tried it, but only first part really work if partner don t stay still (the usual problem of self defence with collaborative partner).. any tip? Thank you!

If you plan to join the miitary then MASTER kali. If you are learning martial art for self defense then learn kali so that you are capable on reacting on different kind of weapons. But if you're looking for sports, then just learn the basics then look for another form of martial arts.

Kali was never meant for sports. It was meant to kill. Its history comes from a bloody machete fight.

Just an opinion though.
