TBH I thought I had thin hair, but whenever I see cuts like this, I often times feel like my hair isn't as thin as I thought. I had a way more textured and layered shaggy wolf cut several years ago and my ends weren't that scraggly. It always blows my mind. And I had a regular sectioning going on (not zig zag). I might still try this because I wanna get a similar cut again but with a bit more length at the bottom (so also more hair being left to grow longer).

Don't get me wrong, I adore the technique, I love the hair cut, but the ends are way too whispy for my personal liking.

Still not thin enough on top when you started. We thin fine haired women don't have those thick crowns either

Awww! That's been my color for a year now! Mix it myself, don't know what to call it, but inwardly I refer to it as pink champagne. Also I have very dense, baby-fine hair so this video is tailor-made for someone like me. So, thank you Paul! My love to your family.

@Paul Watts HAIR ... *_LOL !!! I'm sniffing along with you when you commented on the pollen where you are. Same here (just outside Chapel Hill in North Carolina). I have a large pond on my property that is literally covered in pollen right now. Thank goodness it goes away on its own so to speak. As for me ... I finally broke down and took a Benadryl !!_*

Can you do a wolf cut on shorter hair?

The twist of hair for the crown section already had more thickness than all the hair on my head combined. Not a thin hair cut.

19:38 ah, the signature slap on the side of the head that Paul does to all of his customers 😏

Hey Paul, is there any way you can keep a u shape at the end of the hair ? Or is that not possible with a wolf cut?

Fine hair but a LOT of fine hair is not the same as fine hair and not much of it. I have fine hair (small volume of each hair shaft) but so much of it that I look like the hair bearbunch. I think this confuses people so much. Low density of hair is what causes most problems...ie: fewer hair follicles per scalp area. Like fewer trees in the forest. Seems to me this mannequin has loads of hair density!

The entire cut around the bottom needs to be at least 3 inches shorter so it looks healthy. This cut looks like the hair is still thin and scraggly

I'm sorry, that is so not a wolf cut. Check out Brad Mondo videos for the proper way to do a wolf cut. Much different technique and final result.
