Why when the s2 is switched on, the electron won't "stick" the anode. Why the electron move straightly across the anode? The power is very high right? It should attract all electron to it right?

Friend get your facts right before talking rubbish. The experiment is called the Maltese cross experiment because the cross is a Maltese cross. Maltese is not the name of the inventor. The first person to used this arrangement is Julius Plücker in 1869.

Did you even bother to look up what a Maltese cross looks like when making this animation? If you fail on a basic detail like that, what does it say about the credibility of the rest of your information?
