Jim Carrey RAVES Over Keanu Reeves: He’s What ‘Every Man Aspires To Be’

Jim Carrey and Keanu Reeves are teaming up for “Sonic the Hedgehog 3”! While chatting with Access Hollywood, Carrey raved over the “John Wick” star who joined the franchise for the third installment. “I mean this beautiful, stoic nature that he has. He really elevated it completely from what I was even thinking it could be. I was super happy that he’s involved cause he’s the man that every man aspires to be,” Carrey said in part. Meanwhile, Reeves also spoke with Access, alongside co-star Ben Schwartz, and shared what it was like joining the series. “It’s a lot of fun - it was great. I mean, working with Jeff Fowler, the director, having the opportunity to kind of try and play ‘Shadow’ and reach for it - you know, reading the script, seeing the interactions and getting to voice that - and then to actually see it come to life in a way it’s really cool.” “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” hits theaters Dec. 20.

No words can genuinely describe how much this man has impacted my life. As a kid diagnosed with ADHD I couldn't sit still, kept moving around, but I LOVE to make people laugh. So I used my restlessness to make jokes even if it means making a fool of myself. When I first saw Jim Carrey's movies when I was about 6 I felt like I had been seen, I was like hey, this guy can't sit still either, we're the same!

Obviously we're not lol, but he made me feel more comfortable in my own skin and that's very important especially at a young age. This man is such a gem.
