Now, I am primarily visually impaired but I do also have fine motor issues, is this something I should try?

Even if you have two of them, there are still functions only available on the dual sense controller. Touch pad and adaptive triggers are the first things that jumped to mind. Sony is still forcing everyone to use the dual sense controller. As long as the dual sense is required, the ps5 will never be accessible to most physically disabled gamers. I hope someone can prove me wrong and show me someone playing Spider-man 2 with the Access Controller by itself or with a pair of Access controllers.

After the initial setup on the PS5, is it capable of working on PC? Possibly in conjunction with ReWASD?

It looks like a kiddy toy. I don't see how this would help me at all as I'm a one handed gamer. I don't have a PS5 and mostly game on pc, but find using a combination of controller and mouse as I can't use keyboard and mouse works okay and that thing just looks like garbage. Microsoft knocked it outa the park with their accessible controller and blows this away.
