I love how people like that compare apples and oranges. Madara could never intercept a shot from Kizaru because that is the speed of light. And without Haki, he could never hurt Kizaru either. But in terms of strength and intelligence, Madara would destroy 70% of One piece. Still, he is inferior in many ways.
